1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three million won;

2. Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a joint representative of share-oriented C (hereinafter referred to as “C”) and D is a employee of C.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant in collusion with the foregoing D, entered “(C common shares) in the column of transfer contract form of stock transfer and acquisition,” “10,500 shares in the transfer quantity column,” “5,000 won per share in the transfer amount column,” and “52,50,000 won per share in the transfer amount column” in the name column of the transferor(A) without F’s consent in order to register the Defendant as the sole representative director of C, the Defendant entered “F” in the name column of the transferor(A) and sealed F’s seal on the name side.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above D, forged a copy of the share transfer contract, which is a private document on the F’s rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising.

B. On October 8, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with the foregoing D, will resign from his office in collusion with the said D, under the title “I,” “I,” “I,” as an internal director of the Company, and “I,” “I, on the one hand, resign from his office.”

On October 8, 2015, "F of internal directors" was stated as "F of internal directors" and the F's seal was affixed next to his name.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above D, forged a letter of resignation, which is a private document about F's rights and obligations, for the purpose of uttering.

2. Exercising a falsified investigation document;

A. On September 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with the foregoing D, submitted a forged share transfer and takeover contract to H to a certified judicial scrivener H who is aware of the forgery, in collusion with the said D, at the office of the certified judicial scrivener located at Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.

B. On October 12, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with the above D, conspired with the said D, through the staff of the said certified judicial scrivener office at the registry office of the Cheongju District Court located in Cheongju-si.

A forged resignation letter, such as in paragraph (1), shall be submitted to the public official in charge who is aware of the forgery.
