1. From June 2012 to February 2, 2013, the Defendant has been engaged in the business of occupational embezzlement as sales members E and mobile phone sales.

On September 17, 2012, the Defendant arbitrarily disposed of one mobile phone device for the purpose of selling to the customer, while the Defendant kept for the purpose of selling to the customer, one of the mobile phone device devices in the amount of 994,400 won at the store, the market price of which is 94,400 won.
