Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 2012, the Defendant, along with C, who operates a mobile phone store in the name of “B”, opened the latest mobile phone without permission, along with a forged application form for subscription to a mobile phone and a copy of an alien registration certificate, by stealinging the name of Chinese, and received subsidies from a radio operator at the time of opening the mobile phone and the mobile phone to sell the mobile phone as a medium phone to a stolen business operator.
1. Forgery of private documents;
