Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chief director of the branch office of C Group D Workers' Union E.

1. On February 5, 2013, the F organization in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act (hereinafter referred to as the “F organization”) held a centralized strike in front of the Korea Financial Training Institute located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-dong 28-1 from February 5, 2013 to February 19:10 to 23:40.
