Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assault or threat.
1. Around 20:25 on February 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant violated the Railroad Safety Act with respect to B was under the influence of alcohol on the platform of the Tranc Station in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and waiting for a train; (b) stated that he did not run the train in the upper line direction that the Defendant should embark; and (c) stated that “A railroad worker B (49 years of age) via a personal phone “I am chroe, chroe,” and sent the Defendant to his service room; and (d) stated B, within the service room, “I am in the service room, I am in the service room, I am in the service room, “I am am son???????
