Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No person who violates the Railroad Safety Act shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assault or threat.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 지적장애 3급인 자로 2020. 7. 7. 15:17~15:20경 서울 금천구 B에 있는 1호선 C역 승강장에서 피해자인 역무원 D(39세, 남)이 장애인(모친) 교통카드를 이용하는 것에 대하여 물어보자 무시하는 기분이 들어 갑자기 주먹으로 피해자의 뒤통수를 1회 가격하고 발로 피해자의 오른쪽 무릎부위를 2회 걷어찼으며 계속하여 들고 있던 가방으로 피해자의 등을 1회 폭행을 가하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the performance of duties concerning the provision of services against the passengers of the victim service center.
