Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 18, 2020, the Defendant violated the Railroad Safety Act at around 22:30, the second basement platform of the C Station located in Gyeonggi-si B, demanding from D that passenger information and platform safety work be carried out on the line, which is the cause of the service, and the Defendant expressed the said D’s desire to “Ispath, Nice, who has the authority to do so,” and used the victim’s chest toward the line.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the execution of duties of railroad workers by assault and intimidation.

2. On January 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on January 18, 2020, the Defendant: (b) was responsible for preventing a victim E (nives, age 47) from leaving a train, which is a cause of the service of providing passenger guidance services in front of the general information box for the said C Station; and (c) obstructed the victim’s affairs of handling passenger information and lost things by force by blocking the front of the ticket counter in his body; and (d) obstructed the victim’s affairs by force.

3. Violation of the Railroad Safety Act and the injured Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender from F and G police officers belonging to the Seoul Regional Railroad Police Agency as a police officer of the Seoul Regional Railroad Police Agency upon receiving a report of the crime as stated in paragraph (2) at the above date, time, and place; (b) assaulted the victim G (the age of 25) by walking back the clothes and left buckbucks; and (c) caused the victim’s injury to the victim by selling the bucks of the victim G (the age of 25) for the treatment days.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assault and intimidation, and at the same time injured the victim.
