A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a teacher in the second and second grades C in the same year, who instructs 22 students.

No person shall commit sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment that causes a sense of sexual shame to a child, injure a child's body or injure a child's physical health and development, or engage in emotional abuse that may injure the mental health and development of a child.
