Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged, in collusion with the Defendants, intended to purchase the forest at a low price from the original owner, but did not inform the victim K of the original purchase price and instead purchase the difference at a low price, thereby attempting to obtain the difference by deceiving the victim and receiving the purchase price from the victim.
On September 18, 2012, the Defendants: (a) purchased the land in Sejong-si in a French coffee shop located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Devis-gu, Seoul; (b) “The value of the land in Sejong-si is very promising at the time of the purchase; (c) 9,473m2 (hereinafter “the land in Sejong-si”); (d) the land in Sejong-si is wald and good at the time of the purchase; and (e) purchased the land in one half of the total amount of KRW 70,000 per square year; and (e) purchased the land in one half of the total amount of KRW 70,000 per square year; and (e) if the real estate price continues to change for a long time; and (e) the price of the forest in question is the value of half of the forest in proportion to the shares of KRW 2 billion per year.”
However, in fact, half of the forest land was decided to be purchased from M, the original owner, in the amount of KRW 250 million, and half of the forest land was also limited to KRW 250 million, and even though it is unclear whether to obtain profit from market price in the future, this fact was concealed by the victim.
The defendants deceiving the victim as such, and deceiving it from the victim, the down payment of KRW 100 million at that time, and the same year.
9. Around 19.19.3 billion won of intermediate payment and around 10.8 of the same year, a sum of KRW 1.0 billion of the remainder KRW 600 million was received from the above M, and paid KRW 2.5 million of that amount, and acquired KRW 7.5 million of the difference.
B. On November 5, 2012, the Defendants’ fraud on land in the official city had the following forests: (a) at the French coffee shop located in the pressure-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu; (b) there is no anything any longer at the time of Sejong; and (c) there is a good forest that is located in the official city near Sejong.
I would like to obtain a large amount of profit later.
