A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the Dispute Resolution D.

The Defendant entered into a sales contract with G on April 23, 2012 with the owner of Nam-gu, Busan 20 million won on May 22, 2012. The Defendant did not pay KRW 200 million for intermediate payment to be paid on May 23, 2012. Moreover, the Defendant paid KRW 243 million for the remainder scheduled to be paid on June 22, 2012, and did not have to acquire ownership of the said woodland from the said G. Accordingly, even if he entered into a contract to sell part of the said woodland with the victim H and the said woodland and received the payment of the purchase price from such women, the Defendant did not have to obtain the remainder of KRW 30 million for the remaining part of the said woodland under the name of 30,000,000,000 from the said G, and thus, it would be difficult for the Defendant to obtain the remainder of the forest land under the name of 30,000,000 won for the purchase of the said woodland.

The defendant is the representative director of the "D" which carries on real estate sales business.

On August 2012, the Defendant is a disabled person of Grade III with hearing disability from K and the victim L, who is an employee of the said company.
