In light of the records, it is reasonable for the court below to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and there is no violation of the rules of evidence or the legal principles as to the occupational breach of trust, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
