In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no violation of the law or any violation of the free evaluation of evidence or the law of free evaluation of evidence or any misunderstanding of the legal principles on defamation.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
