The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the charged facts of this case on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the rules of logic and experience or by misapprehending the legal principles, by exceeding the limit of free evaluation of evidence against the rules of logic and experience.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
