Examining the reasoning in light of the record, it is justifiable for the court below to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of free conviction due to violating the logical and empirical rules
