Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2018, at F G stores located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on August 21, 2018, the Defendant used fraudulent or stolen credit cards: (a) presented the stolen H card to an employee whose name is unknown as if he/she was his/her body card, such as the list of crimes (1) No. 1; and (b) received a hamber; and (c) purchased goods worth KRW 737,200,00 by using the stolen credit card, etc., as shown in the list of crimes (2) from that to September 21, 2018.

In this regard, the defendant acquired property and property benefits by deceiving victims, and entered the list of crimes (2) Nos. 4 through 7 on the fourth public day, such as the list of crimes (2) Nos. 1 through 3, 8 through 34.
