Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed soup to set soup fees and food expenses while living together in the park, etc., by thefting things from vehicles parked on the road or parking lot.

On August 22, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant discovered GMW car owned by the victim F, who was parked on the front road of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and opened an entrance without locking the entrance. On August 8, 2013, at around 06:08, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) stated in the J convenience store operated by the victim I in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in purchasing and paying alcohol, tobacco, food, etc.; (b) provided that, as if he had legitimate right to use, he/she presented the stolen credit card to the employees of the above convenience store to pay KRW 43,050,050; and (c) from that time, the Defendant presented the credit card, etc., which was stolen by purchasing food, etc. five times during the period from that time to August 22, 2013, the Defendant presented it by presenting the credit card, etc., which was stolen.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the stolen credit cards on five occasions as above, and acquired a total of KRW 174,350 by deceiving convenience store employees, etc.

2. Defendant B is a person engaged in sales of precious metals with the trade name of “M” in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L.
