A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who worked in an illegal game site without a trade name in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

성명불상자는 위 게임장 자금 마련 및 운영을 총괄하고 피고인은 게임장에 출근하여 속칭 ‘깜깜이차’를 이용한 게임장으로의 손님 안내 및 종업원 관리 등을 담당하며 C, D은 게임용 카드 충전 및 환전, 손님 응대 등을 담당하기로 역할을 분담하고, 불법 게임기인 ‘바다이야기’ 게임기를 설치하여 게임장을 운영하기로 순차적으로 공모하였다.

As a result, the Defendant provided a speculative act in collusion with the above name-free boxes, C, and D by providing a game product without rating, and at the same time provided a speculative act using a speculative machine.
