Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, with respect to Defendant B, it shall be for 2 years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, in collusion with Defendant C and D, offered “SEA STRY (Sea)”, which is a game product and a speculative gaming machine, to customers’ use while operating an illegal speculative game, and solicited customers to engage in speculative business by exchanging points they acquired.

Accordingly, from July 7, 2014 to September 9, 2014, the defendant C established 40 game units for "SEA STRY" game in the 2nd floor of the building in Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, and provided many unspecified customers with the points obtained by using game products, and employed employees D with the point of 4,500 won per unit, and the defendant A provided the above place to be used as the game site and provided the said place to be used as an employee, and D exchanged the points obtained by customers as an employee.

As a result, Defendant A provided game products not rated in collusion with Defendant C and D for use by customers, exchanged the results of tangible or intangible tests obtained through the use of game products by customers, and operated speculative acts by using speculative gaming machines.

According to the "2015 Highest 29", the defendant C operated the illegal speculative game site, and the defendant B conspiredd to play a secret for customers in the game site.

On August 19, 2014, from around 20th to 20th of the same month, the Defendant: (a) installed 50 game machine in G Gameland on the second floor of the building in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, which is a game product not classified; (b) had customers find the game; (c) exchange the gift certificates of KRW 5,000 discharged according to the score obtained through the game at KRW 4,50,00, excluding the fee per 10% per head; and (d) Defendant B sought a place.
