A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 10, 2017, the Defendant driven a Espo-type vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.070% without the driver’s license on the part of about 3km from the upper side of the members of the Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul, to the front road located in the Gu of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant driven a Espo-type vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.070% without the driver’s license.

2. The defendant does not have an identification card to F, a police officer belonging to the Gyeonggisan Winter Police Station, who was engaged in the duty of regulating driving of drinking on the roads above D on November 10, 2017, which was punished by the control, around November 23:25, 2017.

In addition, the above police officer, who believed to be true by referring to the resident registration number of the above G G that he was frighting as her relatives, had the above police officer enter the personal information of the above G in the column of drinking driver in the notification of the results of drinking driving control, sign the driver's signature as if he was G, and sent it to the traffic police computer network.
