Defendant

B is the economic affairs of the F Agricultural Cooperative, and the defendant C and the defendant D are those engaged in agriculture and elected each by leaving as a candidate for an election conducted in the above agricultural cooperative on February 27, 2014.

1. At around 17:30 on February 14, 2014, Defendant B filed a lake and marsh with the purport that “D ..........” with the representatives of the said NA, near the G vacant site, Defendant B provided support for D with the purport that “D ...”

Accordingly, the defendant carried out an election campaign for D in a way other than distributing election campaign bulletins in relation to the audit election.

2. Defendant C

A. On January 17, 2014, the Defendant rendered a supporting lake and marsh to the effect that the Defendant, at the Jcafeteria located in I, had seven representatives, the president A, K of Executive Directors, and executive directors, sent out the audit and requested it well.

Accordingly, the defendant carried out an election campaign by means other than distributing election campaign bulletins in relation to the audit election.

B. On February 2014, the Defendant visited N andO of the above representatives, and H of the representatives residing in M, accompanied by FFF Nong L, who were in the presence of the Defendant, and was in a lake and marsh for support.

Accordingly, the defendant visited each member for an election campaign in relation to the audit election.

C. On February 23, 2014, from around 09:00 to around 21:30 on February 24, 2014, the Defendant made a lake and marsh for support to the effect that 31 representatives of the FFC, including Q, were phoneed to 31 members of the FFFFC, and were released in the election for audit.

Accordingly, the defendant carried out an election campaign by means other than distributing election campaign bulletins in relation to the audit election.

3. Defendant D

A. On January 17, 2014, the Defendant rendered a supporting lake and marsh to the effect that the Defendant, at the Jcafeteria located in I, had seven representatives, A, K of Executive Directors, and B other than regular directors, participated in the audit and requested it well.

Accordingly, the defendant carried out an election campaign by means other than distributing election campaign bulletins in relation to the audit election.

B. On January 29, 2014, the Defendant is the said agricultural cooperative in P around 15:00.
