Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2014, at around 23:02, the Defendant driven a B B B-L car at a section of about 500 meters from the site of the members of Ansan-si to the front of the 2158 Sports Park, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.071% of blood alcohol content.
