Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On June 14, 2015, around 21:35, the Defendant acquired one SSK card that was lost by the victim B in the vicinity of the scenic Park due to the inside of the Mayang-gu, Mayang-si.

The defendant did not take necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim and did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has escaped from the possession of the victim.

B. On July 9, 2015, around 14:30, the Defendant acquired handbags containing two cell phoness of 100,000 won in cash, which the victim E lost, from the frontway of the D Licensed Real Estate Agent in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Annyang-si.

The defendant did not take necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim and did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has escaped from the possession of the victim.

2. On June 15, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized in Fraudulent and Credit Financial Services, at the H convenience point of the operation of the victim G in Ansan-gu, Mayang-si, the Defendant purchased one cigarette, showing that he was his credit card, as in the preceding paragraph, that he was his own credit card, and had 45,000 won settled from the victim and issued a cigarette.
