A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 2370"

1. On May 2017, the Defendant illegally using air divers to remove the registration number plate for the purpose of using the front registration number plate (D) attached to a dump truck owned by the Defendant before the Defendant’s house located in Fump truck at Fump. Around May 2017, the Defendant removed the above dump block by using the dump, and affixed the registration number plate on the Emp vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising them.

2. On August 29, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the public sign of unlawful use and the Automobile Management Act, operated the above e-mail vehicles with the above D registration number plate attached at G Hospital located in the 10:03 p.m. F.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the sign of the public office that was illegally used, and used the registration number plate unlawfully.

On December 5, 2017, the Defendant operated the dump trucks owned by the Defendant, with the number plate (D) attached at G hospital located in the Namcheon-si, Namcheon-si, Seoul, on December 5, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the marks of public offices that were unlawfully used.
