The Defendant, as the Plaintiff

1. Basic facts

A. On November 10, 2016, the Plaintiff purchased KRW 11,578 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) of the purchase price of KRW 610,00,000 from Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Plaintiff set the date of the instant land delivery as December 27, 2016, and completed the registration of the Plaintiff’s transfer of ownership on the instant land on January 4, 2017.

B. The Defendant shall install a warehouse on the ground surface of 25,26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 25, among the instant land, the part (e) of which is 2,13 square meters connected in order to each of the points of 2,13 square meters on the ground of 1,233 square meters of the same drawing, and connect each point of 13 square meters of the above part (a) with a warehouse, and connect each of 5,6,7,7,8,9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 5 square meters of the instant land, and (b) connect each of the above parts of the instant land to each of 351 square meters of the instant land (hereinafter collectively referred to as "one parcel of land with each of 24,200 square meters of the instant land surface; and (3) connect each of the above parts of the instant land to each of the instant land surface.

2. According to the above facts of recognition as to the cause of claim, barring any special circumstance, the defendant is obligated to collect and remove the water above ground of this case and deliver each part of the site of this case to the plaintiff who is the owner of the land of this case and exercises the right to claim the exclusion of interference with ownership and the right to claim delivery

In addition, each part of the site of this case is concerned with each of the lands of this case.
