1. Defendant B:

A. Of the 10 square meters in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H large 10 square meters, each of the items indicated in the attached Form No. 5, 6, 7, 4, and 5 are indicated.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H large 10 square meters (hereinafter “instant site”).

(Plaintiff purchased the instant site from I on June 26, 2008, and then the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court No. 53357, Jul. 14, 2008) completed the registration of ownership transfer as of July 14, 2008.

On December 9, 2009, Defendant B owned a building listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 on inheritance. Of the instant land, Defendant B occupied and used part of 7 square meters as part of the instant building’s site, which was connected in order to each point of the attached Table No. 1, 12, 11, 10, 17, 16, 15, 19, 13, 8, 7, 4, 5, and 1.

즉, 위 건물 및 그 부속시설 중 일부가 이 사건 대지 위에 있는데, 구체적으로 이 사건 대지 중 별지 도면 표시 5, 6, 7, 4, 5의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈃ 부분 1㎡ 지상에 벽돌로 축조된 본건물, 같은 도면 표시 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 1, 12의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈄ 부분 1㎡ 지상에 본건물에 부속된 발코니, 같은 도면 표시 8, 9, 14, 13, 8의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈅ 부분 1㎡ 지상에 샷시로 축조된 가건물, 같은 도면 표시 9, 10, 17, 16, 15, 14, 9의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈆ 부분 1㎡ 지상에 폭 2.48m , 높이 2.8m로 축조된 대문이 있다.

C. Defendant C, D, E, and F shared a building listed in the separate sheet No. 2, on December 2, 2013, by inheritance (joint inheritance). Some of the brick fences of the said building are on the land of this case, each of which indicated in the separate sheet No. 16, 18, 3, 19, 15, and 16.

Meanwhile, the Defendants, among the instant land, use the part 1 (a) and (b) of the attached Form No. 10, 11, 12, 2, 18, 16, 17, and 10 in sequence of each point as the access road to each of the above buildings.
