1. Defendant B received KRW 4,471,243 from the Plaintiff at the same time, and at the same time, is one of the Jin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J 496 square meters to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 28, 2010, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on July 27, 2010 on the instant land.

B. From July 28, 2010 to the closing date of the instant pleading, Defendant B used the part of “ma” to be connected to each of the above 33, 15, 5, 16, 37, 35, 34, and 33 points of the same map on the ground located on the land of 322 square meters in order of the attached map No. 17, 24, 23, 14, 15, 15, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 17 (hereinafter “instant part of land”) among the instant land in the order of 33, 15, 5, 16, 37, 36, 35, 34, and 33 of the same map and the part of “a building owned” (hereinafter “the instant part of building”) and “a building owned by Defendant C” in the order of 25,27, 288, 29, 30, 325.”
