Defendant
A and B shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months, and by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

Defendant
A serves as an engineer of the Korean Railroad Corporation I J Headquarters, Defendant B serves as an assistant engineer of the same headquarters work office, Defendant D, and C are K staff of the same headquarters.
Defendants were on the line No. 4 of the mother line between May 24, 2014 and 15:30.
Article 2 subparag. 13 of the rolling stock Operation Rules (hereinafter “the entry and exchange work in this case”) of the 29th class, which is conducted to separate defective vehicles from the 3th class of the 16th class and the 16th class of the 16th class of the vehicles, or to connect or separate vehicles by using power vehicles (Article 2 subparag. 13 of the rolling stock Operation Rules).

He/she shall consult in detail on the current location, track condition, the host vehicle, and the directions for the replacement of the input vehicle, and in principle, he/she shall use the radio signal concurrently with the former heading and the former heading; Article 23 of the Regulations on Operation of the JMM; Article 11 of the Regulations on Operation of the JMM; Article 10 of the Rules on Operation of the JMM; and Article 10 of the Rules on Operation of rolling stock; and Article 10 of the Rules on Operation of the engine and assistant engineer shall be pointed out and responded with each other; and Article 10 of the Rules on Operation of rolling stock shall be dealt with within the JMMMMM.
