Defendant A is the Director of the Korea Railroad Workers' Union (hereinafter referred to as "railroad Workers' Union"), the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Headquarters, the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation, the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation and the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation, the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Construction Corporation and the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation who was dismissed in around 2009 while serving in the U.S. headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation, the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation and the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation, the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation and the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation and the Director of the Public Corporation and the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation who was dismissed in around 203 while serving in the Korea Railroad Corporation and the Director of the Korea Railroad Construction Corporation and the Director of the Local Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation and the Director of the Korea Railroad Corporation and the Director of the Korea Railroad Corporation.

The Defendants are the executives of the Korea Railroad and the branch offices of the Korea Railroad and the Korea Railroad and the executives of the local headquarters belonging to the Korea Railroad & the Korea Railroad and the Korea Railroad and the Korea Railroad and the Korea Railroad and the Korea Railroad and the Korea Railroad and the Korea Railroad and the Korea Railroad.
