The Defendants are not guilty. The Defendants publicly announced the purport of the judgment of innocence.

1. The summary of the facts charged in this case is that Defendant A, while working as the full-time union members of the Korea Railroad Corporation AM headquarters, takes charge of the 25th head office of the National Railroad Trade Union (hereinafter “railroad unions”) N headquarters from March 1, 2013 and takes charge of the overall management of the union operation under approximately 3,200 union members belonging to the Korean Railroad Trade Union and the 22 branch offices.

Defendant

C is a person in charge of the organizational management of labor unions, such as establishing a plan for railroad labor union and NAN headquarters and its affiliated 22 branch labor union operation from March 1, 2013 to take charge of the former labor union members of the Korea Railroad Corporation, establishing a plan for railroad labor union and NA labor union operation from March 1, 2013 to confirm whether guidelines are properly implemented.

D is a person who takes charge of the management of the organization of labor unions by joining the AO Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "AO") as a member of the Korea Railroad Corporation after having been dismissed on January 19, 2010 due to the fact that he/she worked as a transportation source in the Korea Railroad Corporation and participated in the railroad strike in 209.

E is a person in charge of the management of a union operation since March 1, 2013 after becoming a member of AO on July 26, 2003 due to the fact that he/she was involved in the railroad strike in the 2003 railroad operation while working as a manager of the facility of the YY Office of the Korea Railroad Corporation.

Defendant

F is a person who was dismissed on December 29, 2009 due to the fact that he/she worked as a staff member of the Korea Railroad Corporation AP rolling stock maintenance shop in Korea and participated in the railroad strike in 2009, and is responsible for the management of the union operation since April 2011 after becoming a member of the AP local representative. In addition, from March 1, 2013, the director-general of the headquarters of the Korea Railroad Construction & Transportation is responsible for the management of the union operation.

Defendant

B As a result of the participation in the railroad strike in December 29, 2009 while serving as an engineer in the Korean Railroad Corporation, B was removed on December 29, 2009, and the budget execution related to the labor union operation was made by entrusting the Director-General of the General Affairs Bureau for Railroad Labor unionN from March 1, 2013 after becoming a member of the AO.
