A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

3.8 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on June 12, 2009, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Gangnam Prison on September 29, 2009.

Criminal facts

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall possess, possess, use, transport, administer, trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, or deliver narcotics or psychotropic drugs.

Nevertheless, even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant traded and administered psychotropic drugs-related Mesophopon (tentatively called philoopon) as follows.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On July 25, 2011, the Defendant transferred the purchase price of 700,000 won for writing to the bank account (E) in the name of Korea bank (E) used by C at an irregular place, and on the same day, purchased phiphonephones by finding approximately 0.6g of high-speed bus freight from the baggage handling office located in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, at the time and time o’t.m. on the same day.

On September 12, 2011, the Defendant transferred the purchase price of KRW 600,000 from the said H’s account to C. E. On September 20, 201, the Defendant remitted the purchase price of KRW 600,000 to C with the account of the above H, and then at the time and fine for the same day, the number and freight handling places of the above Gwangju Integrated Bus Terminal at the time and fine for the same day.
