A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. As the Defendant did not deal with psychotropic drugs, the Defendant purchased, accepted, and delivered Handphones as follows, even though he did not deal with psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related clocks (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophones”).
