In the new contract form for the SK Telecom service, the applicant for subscription entered the “E” and the “F” in the resident registration number column using the pen in the writing form and signed the signature on the name next to the name, and then the employee who is aware of the forgery was found to have completed the forged new service contract as if it were a document that had been formed as a genuine document.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant is a new service contract in the name of E, a private document related to rights and obligations.
