[Presumption Facts] The Defendants, at the time of residing in the F Party, have been in charge of the position of the president of the Women's Council and the president of the Youth Council at the Eup/Myeon Council of the members of the F Party, and have been engaged in an election campaign for the National Assembly members of the 20th National Assembly that was going out in the election district of the 20th National Assembly on April 13, 2016.

On February 4, 2016, Defendant C (K Youth Chairperson) received KRW 100,000 in cash from the said M’s residence located in N at the time of residing in North Korea, to the effect that “a request for support and publicity for the Gu Council members” was “a request for support and publicity for the Gu Council members.”

4. On February 6, 2016, Defendant D (OF president) provided KRW 200,000 in cash to the effect that, at the Defendant’s residence located in North Korea, Q Q from the chairman of the F PartyOO member Q from Q to “a request for support and publicity toG Council members” from Q from the chairman.
