The defendant is the president of the Chigh School in Jeju City, who is the president of the Dong.

On April 23, 2013, from around 08:33 to 08:50 the same day, the Defendant left the school office of the above school, in relation to the appointment of the principal D who is a victim, and obstructed the victim’s inquiry by force by avoiding disturbance between about 17 minutes of disturbance, such as getting off from the office of education, and getting off the cell phone of the employee E of the administrative office.
