1. As to each of the Plaintiffs’ KRW 3,00,000 and each of them, 5% per annum from November 23, 2017 to February 23, 2018.
Reasons
1. The following facts may be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings, either there is no dispute between the parties, or in Gap evidence Nos. 2, 3, and 2, 3, and 4 (including each number):
1) The Plaintiffs are the parties. The Plaintiffs are the Gyeongbuk C High School (hereinafter referred to as “C high”) in 2013, respectively.
(2) In 2016, Plaintiff A entered the Department of Literature at the Seoul University, and Plaintiff B entered the Department of Dology at the Busan University. 2) The Defendant is a local government that has established and operates C Height.
B. The head of the higher school C and the faculty in charge of the entrance guidance were distributed to the Plaintiffs in 2013, and the above guidance materials contain the following contents:
Support of 100% of the enrollment fees for 4 years from the payment of the enrollment fees for the scholarship E (FFG Chairperson of the GG GGGGGGGG) to the higher-ranking college: 50% of the enrollment fees for 4 years from Seoul, the annual household, the consideration party, the carst, the Kastasta, and the Mapo-si: Seo River, the GGG, the central group, the Hanyang, the Hanyangyang, the GGG, and the Busan (GGR and the departments related to China).
C. As to whether to grant a scholarship, Plaintiff A received a university registration fee for the first semester with E scholarship (hereinafter “instant scholarship”), but maintained at least 3.8 credits, and at the same time, Plaintiff A was unable to receive a subsequent registration fee on the ground that the applicant’s credits were at least 17 credits and the major subjects were included in at least 2 subjects, and that Plaintiff B did not fully receive a registration fee on the ground that the scholarship provision was changed.
The Fair Trade Commission decided July 11, 2016, advertised that the principal of C high school applies for a registration fee for four years without any other condition if he/she enters a specific university when recruiting new students. However, he/she entered the relevant school.
