A. The plaintiff is an educational foundation operating Chigh School, and B is a person who served as C High School teacher from September 1, 1999 to C High School.

B. On May 21, 2014, the Plaintiff issued a disposition of removal from position on the ground that the Plaintiff was in need of a disciplinary resolution (hereinafter “instant disposition of removal from position”) and on June 30, 2014, the teachers’ disciplinary committee held and decided to dismiss the Plaintiff due to the following disciplinary reasons (hereinafter “instant disciplinary reasons”), and dismissed the Plaintiff on July 4, 2014.

In addition, on April 5, 2013, B stated that the principal of Chigh School was a criminal, and requested the principal, assistant principal, and the head of the administrative office to approve an electronic document stating that “The time to inform the principal, assistant principal, teachers, and the head of the Do Office of Education of his/her position on the audit results of the Do Office of Education regarding personnel and accounting expenses related to the head of the school, assistant principal, H teachers, and the head of the administrative office in the name of the Countermeasure Committee on April 11, 2013, May 24, 2013.”
