Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 11, 2013, the Defendant appeared and taken an oath at the Busan District Court No. 352, the Busan District Court, which was located in the Doodong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, as a witness of the above case, such as violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Joint) at the above court No. 2013Da3269, 4402 (Intimidation of collective weapons, etc.) and became aware of the situation at the time of the above case.
At around 05:30 on June 10, 2013, the defendant testified in the above court that "the witness testified that the defendant (E) would threaten F in front of the children's large park located in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan, and that "the defendant (E) would not drive F," and continued the prosecutor's testimony that "the defendant (E) would not drive F and drive F," and "I would like to say that "I would like to drive F and would not drive because I would do so, I would like to do so," and continuously testified in the prosecutor's testimony that "When I am to am, I would like it at the time of I am, I would like to am at the time of I am, but I would like to answer the prosecutor's testimony that "I would like to go F," and "I would like not to go back to the police after I asked the prosecutor's testimony that the defendant (E) was "I would go back to F," and I would like not to go to the police."

Ultimately, the defendant made a false statement contrary to his memory and raised perjury.
2. Defendant B, on September 2013, around the children’s substitute park located in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and the victim G (age 53) was on the birth E of the Defendant.
