Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On July 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for one year for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. in the Seo-gu District Court’s branch branch. On December 18, 2015, the same court was sentenced to one year and six months for the same crime, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive, and the sentence was revoked, and the execution of the said sentence was completed on November 16, 2017.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; and (b) transferred KRW 1,00,000 from the victim’s account under the name of the Defendant to the CUnion account (D) around October 2, 2018; and (c) transferred KRW 9,00,000 to the same account around October 4, 2018.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
[2] From March 25, 2019 to May 16:00, 2019, the Defendant waiting for female employees, such as G, etc., from around 19:00 to May 27, 2019, received KRW 11:150,00 from male descendants recruited through Internet sex trafficking site’s advertisement, advertising text messages, etc. and paid KRW 7:1,100,000 among them to female employees, and had the said female employees provide the so-called “Hand delivery service,” which caused the said female employees to see the circumstances by going against the sexual body of their customers by drinking out and going back to and down on their hands.
