Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name "D" on the first floor of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B is a female employee of the above business establishment.

1. From April 15, 2019 to May 23, 2019, Defendant A, waiting for female employees employed in advance, such as B and E, at the said commercial sex business establishment, and paid some of them to female employees through the Internet site “F”, “G”, etc. and paid them for sexual traffic from male customers recruited through the Internet site “F”, “G”, etc., and had female employees do the act of similarity by providing the so-called “Handbbling service” in which female employees are able to math the body of customers by hand and make them look back to and back by hand, and make them path a sexual organ, or pay additional fees, thereby mediating sexual traffic.
