Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 672] On November 16, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice stating that “S4” is sold on a “B” bulletin board of the Internet middleest trading site “B”.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell the above goods.

The Defendant made a false statement to the victim C, who reported and contacted the above comments, stating that “I will send things if you transfer KRW 400,000,000,000,000 from the victim’s account (Account Number: E) in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 400,00 from the victim’s bank account (Account Number). From around that time to March 9, 2019, the Defendant acquired money by defrauding KRW 1,096,00 from the 17 victims in the above manner as shown in the List of Crimes (1).

[2019 Highest 941] On December 31, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice stating that he/she sold e-mail stamps on a “B” bulletin board of the Internet medium-and-medium trading site.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above goods, and there was no idea to purchase them, so there was no intention or ability to sell the above electronic stamp to the buyer who reported and contacted the above article.

The Defendant said to the Victim F, who reported and contacted the above comments, that “on the transfer of KRW 25,00,000, the Defendant shall send the things.” The Defendant received 25,000 won from the victim’s bank account (Account Number E) in the name of the Defendant, and received from the victim to March 9, 2019 as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2) from around that time to March 9, 2019, received the money totaling KRW 865,000 from the 27 victims as above.

[2019 Highest 1323] On December 12, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter of “B” on the Internet’s “B” bulletin board, and send a LG24-person monitor to the victim G who reported and contacted with it, “B00 won”.
