A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant, as a fraud money, is KRW 750,00,000 to C who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of two years and six months in the Incheon District Court for fraud, etc., and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on October 3, 2012.

On June 8, 2013, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim H who reported and contacted the above writing that “on the transfer of the price, would send wheelchairss and typ chairss to door-to door-to door-to-door.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he/she did not have any intention or ability to send the wheelchairss and liftss of motor vehicles.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 800,000 from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received KRW 35,475,00 in total from June 7, 2013 to October 2, 2013 in the same manner, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).

On September 5, 2013, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim J. J. who reported and contacted the above writing that “on the Internet, the Defendant will send the article to the door-to-door dispatch.” The Defendant sent a false statement that “on the Internet, the Defendant will send the article to the door-to-door dispatch.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he/she did not have any intention or ability to send the wheelchairss and liftss of motor vehicles.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 500,000 from the victim to the corporate bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day.

On October 2, 2013, the Defendant posted a letter stating “L” on the Internet car page, “A7 A7 A.7 A.7 A.7 A.7 A.7 A.7 A.7 A.7 A.7 A.4 A.4 A.4 A.7 A.7)” at an insular place, and contacted the victim and wired KRW 1.50,000 to the wheelchairs value.”
