A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the victim C (24)’s 02:20 around 02:20 on the second and second floor level D amusement points in the operation of the victim C (24) around 1,00, on the ground that the victim did not open the door; (b) was going to walk the door door of the above business site on the market price of the victim, which is the victim’s ownership, on the ground that he did not open the door; (c) opened the security device equivalent to KRW 148,00,00 in total at the market price of the victim’s ownership at the above site; and (d) opened the security device equivalent to KRW 797,00 in total at the market price of the victim’s property owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim.

2.
