A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A special injury Defendant: (a) around 17:00 on March 6, 2020, called “Dju” operated by the victim C (n, 58 years of age) located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) performed drinking with the victim; and (c) performed drinking with the victim; and (d) the victim was unable to see the victim’s knife and knife his knife his knife his knife his knife; (c) the victim’s knife and knife his knife his knife with his knife; and (d) the victim continued to walk the victim’s knife with his knife and knife with his knife; and (d) the victim’s knife knife’s knife’s knife with the victim’s knife.

B. 3. On March 6, 2020, at around 17:20, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s beauty room business by force by preventing the victim from receiving pre-contracted customers from being exposed to the beauty room by setting aside the disturbance, such as setting up the house equipment on the floor, such as the victim F (n, 40 years of age) operated by Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and following C, as described in paragraph (1).
4. The defendant who violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act on March 2020.
