Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On October 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on November 14, 2015.

【Criminal facts against the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and shall not handle Metephographs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On February 3, 2018, at around 19:00, the Defendant remitted KRW 3.50,000 of the penphones to the E account (Account Number F) in the name of Section C used by C, and around 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased penphones by receiving approximately 0.4g of the penphones in the white of vinyl C from around 20:00 on the same day.

B. On February 11, 2018, at the shelter of the first floor of J University Hospital located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant purchased penphones by receiving KRW 350,000 in cash from C, and by receiving approximately 0.4g of philophones contained in vinyl c, from C, at the shelter of the first floor of J University Hospital located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul.

On February 22, 2018, at around 17:00 to 18:00, the Defendant purchased penphones by receiving approximately 300,000 written phone price from C and approximately 0.2 g of plasticphones contained in plastic bags.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On February 22, 2018, around 19:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased, as described in paragraph (3), into a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-velive water, and injection into the mepphones.

B. On February 23, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones in the same place as indicated in the preceding port around 04:00 to 05:00, and in the same manner, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones.
