A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, is not a person handling narcotics, shall not handle Metepophophones (one philopphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopphones”).

1. 3. 4. On October 12, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones at the residence of the said Defendant, 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with biocom, and injection of philophones into the Defendant’s arms transfusion.

6. On October 15, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones at the residence of the said Defendant, 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with biocom, and injection of philophones into the Defendant’s arms transfusion.

7. On October 16, 2018, the Defendant, at around 14:30, 2018, kept approximately 0.74 g of plasticphones under the room of the Defendant’s dwelling located in the above Defendant’s dwelling, by putting approximately 0.74 g of plasticphones in plastic bags.
