A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On December 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.6g of marijuana 0.6g, in the vicinity of D in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from a name-free box (E, “E”, “E”, “F”), the Defendant purchased approximately 350,00 won of marijuana 0.6g, which is contained in a vinyl plinus, from the name-free box (hereinafter “E”, “E”).

2. The Defendant: (a) placed the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the H parking lot located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan at the time immediately after the crime of the above paragraph 1 was committed (24:00 on the same day); (b) placed approximately 0.6gg of marijuana purchased as stated in the above paragraph 1 to smoke smoke rollpers; (c) made a bubbroto, making the smoke generated by bubrosing a smoke, and smoked as smoking a smoke.

3. On December 22, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.5g of marijuana 0.5g, which is contained in the Korean vinyl to the subway I Station near Gangnam-gu Seoul, and KRW 350,000,000, from the name Buddhist boxes (EAF).

4. The Defendant 1 smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana at the same place as the above 2 paragraphs immediately after the crime of the above 3 paragraphs (2) (24.00 on the same day).

5. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.8gg of marijuana 0.8g, which is contained in the Korean vinyl (E ADK) from the Defendant’s name in the street in the vicinity of the subway J station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, for approximately 300,000 won.

6. The Defendant 5 smoked approximately 0.4g of marijuana at the same place as the above 2 paragraphs immediately after the crime of the above 5 paragraph (2) was committed (2:0 on the same day).

7. The defendant 22:00 on the day following the above 6th day, and at the same place as above 2:4g of hemp in the same manner as above 2nd day, the defendant 2 smoked 0.4g of marijuana.

8. On January 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.3g of marijuana 0.3g, which is contained in the white part of vinyl (E AdiK) in the vicinity of Lane located in Gangnam-gu Seoul on January 2016, the Defendant purchased KRW 150,000,000, from his name boxes (EidiK) in KRW 0.3g.

9. The defendant 2 is the same as the above 2 paragraphs immediately after the crime of the above 8 (22:00 on the same day).
