A (H), Defendant F (I), Defendant E (K), Defendant C (L), Defendant C (L) and Defendant D (M) are illegal aliens in the Thailand’s nationality, Defendant F’s accommodation of Defendant F, Defendant C is the head of Defendant F’s family in the fifth degree of interest, Defendant C is the head of Defendant C’s family in the fifth degree of interest, and Defendant C is the head of Defendant F and Defendant B’s friendship. C는 갈색 옷을 입은 성명 불상 자로부터 걷어차이고 피해자 R로부터 손으로 머리 부분을 1회 맞게 되자 화가 나 위 갈색 옷을 입은 성명 불상자를 쫓아가 주먹을 휘두르고, 피고인 F는 손으로 피해자 R의 머리 부분을 1회 때린 후 피해자 P의 일행인 빨간색 패딩 점퍼를 입은 성명 불상자에게 주먹을 휘두르다가 위 빨간색 패딩 점퍼를 입은 성명 불상 자로부터 걷어차여 바닥에 넘어진 후 도주하려 던 중 피해자 P로부터 발길질을 당하고, 이를 목격한 피고인 C는 위 빨간색 패딩 점퍼를 입은 성명 불상자에게 달려들어 건물 쪽으로 동인을 밀쳐 버린 다음 동인으로부터 걷어차이자 다시 발로 동인을 걷어찼다.
