Punishment of the crime

Drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses passing along roads shall observe signals and directions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

On February 4, 2018, at around 16:19, the Defendant violated the direction to display traffic safety facilities by driving a BMW528-I car in the direction of the monthly alley distance on the stop signal while driving the BMW528-I car at the front of it.
