Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses passing along roads shall observe signals and directions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 15:37 August 11, 2019, driven a B e-sports cargo vehicle, did not follow the signal displayed by traffic safety facilities because the Defendant, even though he was a e-mail signal with the front road of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, driving the front road to the long-speed Tri-distance from the long-west side.
