1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

A. (1) Defendant Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Kim Young-young are each Plaintiff Park Jong-young, the highest court, and the Lee Sung-ju

B. The Defendant, Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Defendant Ukk Tourism Co., Ltd., except the Plaintiffs listed in the above paragraph (a)

Attached 2. It shall pay 5% interest per annum from July 15, 2001 to July 11, 2003, and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment among the claims by the plaintiff and the cited amount.

B. The plaintiffs' remaining claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The total costs of the lawsuit shall be ten minutes and six of them shall be borne by the plaintiffs and the remainder by the defendants respectively.

1. Claim: Defendant Seoul Special Metropolitan City and Yangcheon-gu shall be jointly and severally against the plaintiffs, Defendant Kim Young-gu shall be jointly and severally with Defendant Seoul Metropolitan Government and Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant Kim Young-dong shall be jointly and severally with Defendant Park Jong-gu, and Defendant Kim Jong-dong shall be jointly and severally with Defendant Seoul Metropolitan Government and Yangcheon-gu, and Defendant Unk Tourist Co., Ltd. shall be jointly and severally with the rest of the plaintiffs on July 15, 2001, each of the amount claimed in the claim column, and the amount shall be paid at a rate of 5% per annum from July 15, 201 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and at a rate of 25% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment (the first instance court dismissed the claim for consolation money and partly accepted the claim for consolation money, and the judgment of the first instance court on the claim for consolation money

2. Purport of appeal: The plaintiffs' winning part of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be revoked, and all of the plaintiffs' claims against the defendants corresponding to that part shall be dismissed.

1. Quotation of judgment of the first instance;

The reasoning for the court's explanation on this case is that the Defendants' negligence contributed to the occurrence of the damages in this case (However, in respect of the damages related to the Plaintiff Lee Sung-ju, 30%'s "40%" shall be deemed "40%", "70%" shall be changed to "60%", "50%" in the 6th parallel shall be changed to "70%", and "50%" in the 6th parallel shall be changed to "70%", and the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance shall be as stated in the 5th parallel 9 to 20th parallel 16th, respectively, except for the portion of consolation money judgment, and therefore, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Conclusion

Therefore, since the defendant, Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Kim Young-gu, each of the plaintiffs Park Jong-young, Lee Jae-ju, defendant Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yangcheon-gu, and Uksan Tourism Co., Ltd., were dismissed by 10% of the total amount stated in the quoted amount among the plaintiffs' claims and the quoted amount, and 5% of the annual interest rate from July 15, 2001 to July 11, 2003, which is the date of the judgment of the appellate court of this case, and 20% of the total annual interest rate of 10% of the above 20% of the total annual interest rate of 10% from the next day to the date of full payment (the plaintiff is 5% of the annual interest rate of 10% from July 15, 201 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, 20% of the above 10% of the total annual interest rate of 20% of the plaintiff's 10% of the above judgment of this case.
